Twice As Nice has gone through  a lot of changes and happenings in 2011, and many more on the horizon for the upcoming year - hopefully every month it will be better!  That is our goal....we appreciate your comments....

Owner Doris Evich has a brand new staff starting with Nicole LaBruce, who's a whiz on the computer and Doris' "right hand" all throughout each day.  Connie Mishoe is a 'true gem' too, assisting every Saturday and often during the week.  Other wonderful ladies are so willing to jump in and help as needed.  I am so fortunate to have such an efficient group of ladies who work smart and efficiently, as well as assisting customers in their selections.

We have received some 'like brand new' quality furniture, including a dark wood four-chair, tall bistro diningroom set, Queen Anne chairs, sofas, chaise lounge, loveseats, unusual side tables, to name a few of the items that have arrived in last few days..gotta come check us out..we all are busy checking items in...plus 250+ pieces of brand new costume jewelry....

How To Become a Consigner with us:
 
 
If you’ve got great clothing, shoes or accessories in your closet that you’re not wearing right now, put them to work for you by consigning with Twice As Nice. We make consigning easy and want to help you get the most for your all of your items.
We accept women’s clothing, footwear, handbags, jewelry and accessories. We specialize in current fashions (bought within the last 2 years) in popular, better boutique and designer labels. The cleanliness and appearance of your items are very important. Please take the time to presort your items to ensure that they are in excellent condition. They must be clean, odor-free, pressed and on hangers. Please, no garbage bags. (Items offered with stains, snags, tears, missing buttons, or in need of cleaning will not be accepted.)
 
We accept clothing seasonally. Our schedule is as follows:
January - April Spring Clothing; May – July Summer Clothing; July - September Fall Clothing; September - January Winter Clothing

Consignment Percentage
You will receive 50% of the final selling price on consigned items except for larger furniture pieces. Consignors receive 60% of the selling price for those furniture items selling for $199 or more. Payment may be redeemed in cash or store credit. You may pick up your money in the store during regular business hours. We are happy to mail a check on request for amounts over $50. If you would like us to mail a check, simply call us at 843-236-2362.
 
Consignment Times
We accept consignments by appointment Tuesday thru Thursday 11-4, please call for an appointment. We are also happy to provide a convenient “Drop & Run” service for registered consignors after their first consignment. If you’re on your lunch hour or have an engagement, simply drop off your items during these business hours and run!  We will then choose items to consign and return the rest. We request that you return within 1 day to pick up any “no thank-you’s”. We don't have the room to store them, so we will donate them to charity if they are not retrieved.
 
Pricing your items
We base our prices on supply and demand, condition, label, and original retail price. All prices will be set by Twice As Nice employees, taking into consideration your comments, etc. Your items will remain on the floor for 60 days, with reductions in price taken at our discretion. Unsold items will be donated to local charity (The Promise Land in Galivants Ferry) or disposed of at the discretion of Twice As Nice.
